Violet the Squirrel Flapper
Sweet little Violet,
all dressed for her date.
She’s a nice little squirrel,
so he best not be late.
They’re going out for dinner,
then later for a dance.
She’ll wear her dress proudly,
and walk with a prance.
Then she’ll go home,
to her own little tree.
She’ll get ready for bed,
then have a nice cup of tea.
