/ April 9, 2012I can type about 40 wpm if I slow down to make it error free, but my hands just want to go way faster than that, so I end up with mistakes. Some I catch, some I miss. Ask Binky…he’ll tell ya. Well, he might not because he is so sweet. 🙂

/ April 10, 2012I love your new painting! It reminds me exactly of one night at Cultus Lake there was a fire on the other side of one of a mountains surrounding the lake. I realized there was a fire when I heard a plane and helicopter flying really low over the houses and went out to investigate. They were filling big buckets out of the lake and dumping them on the fire. I woke Kris up and we went and watched. You could see the flames red in the sky behind the mountain as it threatened to crest the mountain and burn the houses on this side. It was a thrilling night but they did eventually get it under control.
That is exactly the way it looked.
