  1. It would be a lot quieter world if we were.

  2. Love your Owls, Deb, and very wise words ! xx

    • We could all use this lesson from time to time….some more I guess.
      Thank you

  3. Beautifully done, Deb! 🙂 xx

  5. Thoughtful and great artwork, Deb, and wouldn’t it be great if we were more like Owls, wiser… 🙂 hugs aplenty … xPenx

    • If we were, we’d speak less, and listen more! 🙂
      Thank you, my friend!
I have a hot cup of tea, and warm buttered biscuit for you…jam assortments too!

  7. If only we could be as wise, Deb, and they sure are cute! Love the blue/brown color combination, too! Lots of love and hugs to you! xo

  8. Yesterday I saw 2 crows squabbling with a Great Horned Owl … man, what a racket that was … owl going whoohoo and crows screaching … today they are still at it … wonder what’s going on …

  9. I see said the blind man to his deaf wife as he picked up his hammer and saw

  10. And peace would eventually reign

  11. You made my day! My grandmother used to say this little poem and I could just hear her voice as I read it. And I do love owls. 🙂

  12. Reminds me of the Bible verse at Proverbs 19:10 Deb
Depending which translation you read as to how it’s worded but the Good News Bible puts it as “The more you talk, the more likely you are to sin. If you are wise, you will keep quiet.”

    • That right. It’

Pro 10:19 Where there is much talk there will be no end to sin, but he who keeps his mouth shut does wisely.

It only goes to show how it’s the truth.
