Cassie told her Daddy she needed the snow pushed out of the drive so she could go for a walk…a-hem, among other things.
Mitch doesn’t mind doing it, once he gets started.
The space you see between our drive and the house across the way is not our street. It’s the rest of our driveway that leads to a road on both ends….He’ll have someone come out and clear that since the drive is very long, and steep.
It’s also calling for more snow Saturday.
Then Cici decided she wanted me to post her Daddy pushing the snow, and sat right by my laptop watching me till I got it all done and published.

/ December 27, 2012I see you have been busy clearing snow.. Lovely pictures Deb. and Hope that Cici didnt get those paws too cold…
Only pleased the rain here hasnt been snow.. Although for many in the UK they have had their homes flooded… Some have had a terrible time due to the weather…
I trust you have had an enjoyable Christmas, and wishing you a Wonderful New Year.. Take care in 2013.. Love Sue xox
Deb
/ December 27, 2012Well, Mitch has been doing all that…he’s good that way. I bring him hot coffee and feed him as he gets hungry. Cassie and Cici give him heck for leaving the house without them….lol
I don’t let Cici out there. She gets cold too easily. She’s piddled pad trained.
Christmas was lovely as always, and I trust that is was for you too. Have a very happy New Year Sue! xxx

/ December 27, 2012How cute are Cassie and Cici 🙂 Mitch looked like he was having fun! You know, our weather is exactly the same. We’re close enough that happens, more snow on Saturday, can you believe it? Sending you hugs, Deb and stay warm!! xx
Deb
/ December 27, 2012Saturday, yeah, I know.
Mitch doesn’t mind pushing it at all, it’s just getting started sometimes…you know how that can be.
I love my sweet Cici and Cassie…they’re great little dogs, I mean family members. 🙂

/ December 27, 2012And I complain about my driveway. Though my snow removal is manual
Deb
/ December 28, 2012Manual is quite a pain. I feel for ya, Bearman, unless of course you have a really short driveway, if that be the case it’s good exercise for you since we don’t get as much this time of year.
bearmancartoons
/ December 28, 2012Shorter but hilly so I fall I my ass yearly
Deb
/ December 28, 2012Ouch, Pad the butt a little. 🙂 maybe the knees too.
Binky
/ December 27, 2012That’s some driveway! Luckily Mitch has tractor or that would be an all day exercise. We ended up with about that much snow, too, maybe 6 inches or so.
It looks as if Cassie and Cici know how to get what they want.
Deb
/ December 28, 2012Yes, it would be. Back in, I think if was 2009 we had two blizzards about a week apart…maybe you got it too. The tractor was did not have enough weight to it to push the 3′ of snow we had. We had to dig our way out. The was the first year we had needed someone to clear the the long part of the driveway.
Yes, they’re pretty good at it, especially Cici. 🙂

/ December 27, 2012Brrrrrr!!! COLD!!!! LoL!!! 🙂
Glad Mitch has the lawnmower buggy – clearing that lot by hand would be a killer!!! 😦
Love the picture of Cici in her winter warmer! 🙂
Happy New year my lovely friend! 🙂
Prenin.
Deb
/ December 28, 2012Yes, quite chilly, and we get more on Saturday!
We had to do the part you see Mitch pushing by hand once, well he did, but I did the deck, and the snow was 3′ high. ;( But that was a few years back so now I can just look back on it and laugh about it. 🙂
Thanks Prenin, We have to keep Cici warm since she gets cold so easy.
Happy New year to you too, my dear friend! 🙂

Valentine Logar
/ December 28, 2012All I could think, it snowed in Dallas. Then I saw this and I thought, okay really it just sorta sprinkled white stuff in Dallas giving us a glimmer of a White Christmas, some ice on the roads and a bit of ick for a day. This on the other hand…..
Wonderful puppies, great view of the hubs clearing snow and a new appreciation of no real snow in Dallas. 🙂
Deb
/ December 28, 2012I hear ya, Val. Snow is great to look at when it’s the first fallen snow, but the mess later….Ack! 🙂
Scott Mitchell
/ December 28, 2012aww cutie Cassie. What else is there to do besides walk outside? Hmm, I don’t know 🙂
Looks like the same weather as here. I’m fortunate that I have a neighbor with a tractor and plow take care of my drive way without me even asking. It saves my back from shoveling 🙂
Deb
/ December 28, 2012Well, if she was a boy she could learn to write her name in the snow….OMG!…Did I just say that? 😉
That’s a really nice neighbor you got there, Scott. 🙂

Strangely I just discovered that your blog is no longer in my Google Reader!!! How does that happen??? It was there but now it’s gone???
If I don’t have my favourite sites in my G-Reader I lose track of what sites I visit. Google you have a lot to answer for….
Clicking the subscribe button now.
Hope you all have a great up & coming year in 2013 Deb
Deb
/ January 1, 2013It’s an attachment that he puts on his riding mower.
Thanks Tony! These two dogs of mine have a way of getting what they want due to cuteness. 🙂
Google and WP are always messing things up. I just saw a bunch of broken links on one of my pages…Ack.
Good luck getting Google to answer to anything…lol.
Thanks for re-signing up, Tony! I wouldn’t want to drop out of radar.
Happy New Year to you and yours! 🙂
