The Sound of Silence: Flash in the Pan (75 words)

The bedroom was so profoundly quiet she could hear the rhythm of her heart beating. With the sound of each heart beat she became increasingly restless and now, extremely nerved because her cell phone was dead, and wondered when he’d be home since he could not call her. Suddenly her heart grips with fear from the sounding of a door squeak. She hears footsteps! She can’t scream! All at once she hears, “Honey, I’m home!”

Chosen word: Squeak

Yes I can appreciate that, hey I bet there are some blokes that feel that way too, it’s not just females that feel edgy, of course I have my Zombies to keep me company so I am absolutely fine 🙂 lol

Hey don’t worry just keep the doors and windows locked and you will be fine 🙂 I might have to send a few Zombies and Skellies round for you but as they always eat all the best foodstuffs poor Mitch might not be too happy about that 😦 lol

            • That’s okay, he can buy more food later, if the Zombies with eat the unwanted guests…lol
