    • Thank you, Tom! and congrats, even though I know you don’t do these awards. You are still and award winning blogger!
      Hugs, xx

  1. Deb, you deserve it :-). And thank you for this token of appreciation. I so agree with you about choosing, well said and you’re very kind :-).

    • The rules sometime are ridicules when it comes to the nominees. I think that once the award is accepted that the person who received it make their own rules if any… which I do now. 🙂
Thanks Hanne and congrats to you too, you deserve this award!
      Hugs, xx

  2. Congrats, Deb, and yes, this is well deserved, but don’t be so hard on yourself! I think most of us get behind and we all know and love you, so don’t fret! 🙂 Thanks also for the nomination and I am also behind on other awards. Your Commenter award was the first to follow through in the last week. So….now I hang my head in shame! 🙂 Anyway, congrats and I hope you’re having a lovely day! xo

    • I’m over it now…I just needed to get that out there. 🙂 …I know we all get behind at times.
Thank you for the congrats and congrats to you too, my dear friend!
May God bless you richly and keep your Spirit in peace.
      Love and Hugs, xx

      • I’m so glad we met and became friend, Lauren.
Now it’s time to cook dinner, then think about and Easter post.
        Hugs, xx

        • Me, too, have fun cooking dinner; I’m cleaning the house; tons of things to do before my Dad arrives on Friday, then, of course, Easter dinner will be here, too! xo

      • Work, work, work…Sounds like you have much to do for sure. You have a wonderful time visiting with your dad. And Lauren….savor every moment with him. Take videos and lots of pictures….pictures of his hand too. 🙂
        Hugs, xx

          • His hands…both of them. After my father passed away in 1999 I found that I couldn’t remember what his hands looked like…and I hate that. I remember that they were large, but I can’t remember the details of them anymore. And when I think of how many times those hands reached out for me in my life…and now I don’t remember what they looked like. So take pictures of his hands…k
Love and Hugs to you! xx

    • Well so is yours, Ian! Every time I visit your blog I get chills running up and down my spine with your beautiful poetry of love and passion….Thank you, and congrats to you too!

  4. Hey Deb congrats for the award and thanks for the nomination..I have started following you too big time…now i too nominate every one ..cos they all are worthy…
you are a sweetheart and such a lovely kind generous soul
    Love ya 🙂
    hugs 🙂

    • I am so pleased to hear this news,Soma! I can’t stand to single out my friends with these awards.
Want to know what it reminds me of when we are suppose to only pick out a certain amount to nominate?…I’ll tell you anyway since I know you would be interested.

Imagine that you have, let’s just say, 12 friends but you only have 6 greeting cards to send to your friends. So you pick the 6 that get them then you mail them off to them, but you call the other 6 that didn’t get a greeting card and say, “Hi, I had 6 greeting cards to send out for my friends, but didn’t send one of them to you because I didn’t have enough cards…gee sorry I did think more of you to make sure you got one.”….How lame is that to have even told them?….Well, when bloggers are subscribed to my blog and see what I post, it is the same thing. Like I’m telling them they weren’t good enough. So, I don’t do it anymore, because they are all worthy to begin with. If they don’t want the award…that is fine, but at least they know I thought of them.
I look at it this way…if they are on my blogroll, then I think a lot of them to begin with, or they would not be there.

You have a heart of gold, Soma! and I love you too!
      Hugs, xx

  5. Thanks again for the awards, Deb 🙂
Peanut butter! lol hmmm… You’re obsessed with peanut butter, aren’t you? 😀
But I understand. I have obsessions too. Like… cheese.
French blue cheese or Boursault. OMG… I always end up talking about food. I’m so sorry. lol

    • What it is, is that I love peanut butter Reese cups…you’ve heard of them? So what I really like is to mix peanut butter in with my chocolate ice cream….delicious! No need to apologize to me about your love for food…it’s all welcome from you here, sweetie!
And your welcome on the awards, Cha!…You deserve each and everyone of them.
      Hugs, xxx

  6. You’re wrong about liver, it’s the absolute best thing ever!
That is, when it’s inside you working properly.
You wouldn’t want to be without your liver.

    • Of course you are welcome, Kroten! I could not pass this one on and leave you out my sweetie!
I remember those 7 things, but aren’t you going to tell us 7 new things?
Love and Hugs, Aunt Deb xx

  7. Congratulations Deb..this is beautiful. Thankyou again for this nominie.

Lol… we both have the same singing voice..yes and also I sang in the choir growing up.
A gracious experience..with the sound of the organ playing.

Just recently I visited a church here in Holland with my sister..they had an open day you see.
Students played the organ…it brought back so many nice childhood memories.
    hugs Traceyxx

    • Oh yes, all the other children sounded like some high pitch…well, you know, and here I come with this deep voice out of this young little body…lol. Glad I caused you to remember back then. Enjoy the award and don’t forget to check out the post called, “Acceptance of Several Awards.” The 4 awards there are for you too.
      ♥Hugs♥ xx
