Deb
/ February 23, 2012I agree, there is something very special about snow covered landscape walking down a road or path…it’s a blessing.

/ February 23, 2012Hugs to you, Deb. I hope you’re relaxing a bit more after Cici’s illness. Every little sound they make after a sudden sickness makes you nervous for a while until you realize they truly are better. 🙂
I just popped in and saw TWO new fantastic paintings!!! The colors in this are stunning. That’s what caught me right away. The snow glows with all the colors in the painting just as it would in nature. In fact I feel like I can pick up the snow and toss it!!! But why do that and ruin the scene.
Deb
/ February 23, 2012You got that right. I still watch her making sure she is not relapsing or something.
Thank you for such a lovely comment about my painting, Nanina! I really wasn’t sure if I pulled this one off that well, but am finding out it is better than I gave myself credit for.
Oh, go on, throw some snow around…lol
Have a wonderful day, and make sure you take care of your hands too!
Hugs, xx

/ February 23, 2012Nice piece Debs! 🙂
Makes me wish I could paint like you! 🙂
Love and hugs!
Prenin.
Deb
/ February 23, 2012You can Prenin, you just have to start somewhere and work at it a bit each day. You would be surprised how you would evolve in painting.
Love and Hugs,
Deb xx

Its funny yesterday it was like summer and today it is actually snowing outside and the place is dark and gloomy. Outside actually looks like your painting except that there is no Sun 😦 Thanks for sharing 🙂

Bo Lumpkin
/ February 27, 2012I love it. I’m just glad you kept all that cold white stuff up there. It is too late in the year for me to want snow.
Deb
/ February 27, 2012Ah, but we don’t have any snow right now.:-) I’m find I like the snow better in my paintings…including snowman. lol
It don’t want to see any snow so late in the season either….I’m longing for spring.
Glad you like the painting, Bo!
